All services are delivered in accordance with the regulations set by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).

Enquiries & Client Obligations

When you submit an enquiry or engage our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about yourself and your requirements
• Cooperate with our agents and provide documentation required for property transactions, including KYC/AML compliance documents
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details or requirements
• Not engage multiple agents simultaneously for the same property without disclosure, in line with RERA regulations
• Honor any commitments made during the course of a transaction, including reservation fees and payment schedules

Propio Realtors reserves the right to decline or terminate services to any client who provides false information or engages in conduct that is deceptive, unlawful, or contrary to our professional standards.

Fees & Commissions

Our brokerage fees and commissions are governed by the rates prescribed by RERA and agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any transaction. Key points:

• Standard brokerage commission for property sales is 2% of the transaction value (or as otherwise agreed)
• Commission for rental agreements follows RERA guidelines and is agreed upfront
• Additional fees may apply for property management, legal documentation, or other ancillary services
• All fees will be clearly disclosed before any financial commitment is required from you
• Propio Realtors does not charge any fees for initial property enquiries or consultations

Any agreed fees are binding once documented and signed. Disputes regarding fees must be raised in writing within 7 days of the relevant transaction stage.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photography, videos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Propio Realtors Real Estate L.L.C or its licensed partners.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission
• The Propio Realtors name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization
• Property images sourced from developers remain the intellectual property of the respective developer

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Propio Realtors, its directors, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your provision of false or misleading information
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of our services

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Where applicable, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation before commencing formal proceedings.

Real estate transaction disputes may be referred to the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre (RDSC) or the Dubai Land Department as appropriate.
